A culture of kindness

When did you feel you had a direct experience of being in a culture of kindness in Shambhala and what it was that made you experience that kindness?

?Service is a common thread where cultures of kindness tend to manifest. Antidote to unkindness: listening and acknowledging.?

A lack of kindness

When have you felt you were definitely not part of a culture of kindness in Shambhala?and what made you feel this way? What could you do to make sure others do not have that experience?

?I felt that unkindness can spread. So if one person is unkind, it can spread to someone or everyone.?

Shambhala in society

How are you bringing the Shambhala teachings and practice into your life and work in society?

I tried to empower her with teachings on confidence, bravery and basic goodness. She got it and is doing a brilliant job on this program from around the world. ?

Please feel free to explore the full report.

I made this film about the Shambhala and Society Report in London at the Imperial War Museum and the Dalai Lama?s Peace Garden:
